Data and trust.
Our teams work inside your business, on your real files. How that data is held, who can reach it and what happens when the term ends matters as much as the work itself. Here it is in plain terms.
Your data stays yours.
The vault is yours
Context, voice, access and compliance rules live in a vault we build with you. You keep it at handover, with the playbooks and the attestation record.
Per-client isolation
One client's data never touches another's. Separation is built in, not promised.
Its own identities, never yours
A worker acts through its own credentials. Access is scoped, revocable and never tied to your staff logins.
Logged and attributable
Every action is recorded and traceable to the worker that took it.
A sixty-second sacking switch
Caps are enforced in code. You can stop a worker in under a minute, and you are never trapped.
Returned or removed
At the end of the term, or on request, your data is handed back or deleted. You decide what is kept.
A person stays accountable.
A worker prepares, drafts and recommends. Regulated decisions, credit, compliance, legal and hiring sign-off, stay with your people. Authority is set in the contract as an autonomy grade, and raised only as trust is earned.
A0
Supervised
Every output approved before release.
A1
Approved-output
Works freely, releases only through the approval queue.
A2
Autonomous within caps
Hard limits enforced in code, not by discipline.
Data protection and GDPR.
UK and EU GDPR
Engagements are run to UK and EU GDPR. We act as your processor, under your instructions.
A data processing agreement
A DPA is signed as part of the contract, setting out purpose, handling and the term.
Data-subject requests
Access, correction and erasure requests are supported and logged.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Data is encrypted moving to and from the worker, and while it is stored.
Security posture.
Per-client isolation. One client never touches another.
The AI worker's own identities, never yours.
A sixty-second sacking switch.
Every action logged and attributable.
The floor.
The least any client ever receives is a complete structuring of their company's knowledge, the vault, and a step change in their knowledge management.
Whatever else an engagement delivers, this is the least it can deliver, and it is yours to keep.
